At Danier, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your premium leather goods. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all leather care tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
